After 26 years of fulltime ministry Else and Philip Dupont joined Dr Jonathan David... it happened spring 2001. This decisive step came after a powerful upgrading stay at "The Permanent School of Prophets", followed by "Apostolic Impartation for Ministry”, both in 2001 in Malaysia.

The following connection of the CITY CHURCH and its bases in other nations to the ISAAC Network was a natural consequence of such a step. Words cannot describe how meaningful this act has been. We have definitely come closer to the supernatural wisdom and dynamic present in the time of Acts, a time where the Kingdom had a phenomenal expansion on European soil.
