PLEASE NOTE:
The bookstore is non profit, so we have to add our actual costs to the price list prices, i.e. bank transfer, production and packing according to the invividual order. These costs will appear from the order confirmation, so there will be no further costs for you.

Cash refund policy:
1) NO cash refund will be given for items purchased.
2) Items can only be replaced or exchanged if it is faulty or it has technical errors.

Replacement Policy (within 30 days of purchase - receipt/invoice required as proof):

1) NO replacement will be given for items damaged in postage & handling. Please Contact shipping company for that.

2) Replacement of books: Only if there are missing pages or misprints in page format. Books must be returned to us within 30 days from date of purchase.

3) Replacement of DVD's/CD's/Music: Only if DVD's/CD's/Music are faulty or have errors in production. Item must be returned to us within 30 days from date of purchase.
